Exhibition at Riverhill. THE NATIONAL SCULPTURE SYMPOSIUM

8 July 2014 – 9 September 2014

Riverhill Himalayan Gardens, Riverhill, Sevenoaks, Kent TN15 0RR

Back from the amazing National Sculpture Symposium.
Ten days, six artists working, six sculptures.

Artists selected by Julian Wild, Director of Forum, Oliver Hawkins, Director of Marshall Murray and Alma Zevi, curator and writer, were commissioned to create new sculptures during ten days in the stunning location of Riverhill, Himalayan Gardens in association with London Sculpture Workshop and Marshall Murray.

During ten very tough days, the selected artists have managed to achieve their goals. Patrick Hurst, Jane Phillips, Steve Hurtado, Sol Bailey Barker, Katie Hayward  and Ed Jones have delighted us with their skills, perseverance, enthusiasm and conviction to finish their sculptures in such a short time with the highest professionalism.

Sculptures will be on exhibition until September 2014 and then will go on tour to London on 2015.
